JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL ORDER 06-02-2017 The petitioners have renewed their prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Shambhuganj P.S. Case No. 94 of 2013 for the offences alleged under Sections 498A, 307, 326, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 3 and 4 of the D.P. Act and subsequently added Section 304(B) of the Indian Penal Code having earlier been rejected by this Court by order dated 27.06.2014 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 53657 of 2013.

2. None appears on behalf of the petitioners despite repeated calls today.

3. Learned APP opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail reiterating that there is sufficient material in the case diary, apart from the dying declaration of the deceased as recorded in para 57 thereof against the petitioners.

4. Having regard to the submissions of learned APP, this
