This application has been filed for review of the order dated 7.4.2014 passed in C.W.J.C. No.18615 of 2008. There is a delay of one and half years in filing the review application. Let the delay explained by the State is accepted. However, this Court does not find any apparent error on the face of the record.

No.7060 of 2011 granted the benefit of salary with effect from 1.1.1989. In such view of the matter, this court does not find any error in the order dated 7.4.2014 passed in C.W.J.C. No.18615 of 2008. Accordingly, this review petition is dismissed.
