Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with S.T. 211 of 2018 arising out of Pirpainti P.S. Case No. 308 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is of murder of son of the informant. Petitioner is widow of deceased. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that she is innocent and has committed no offence. She has been falsely implicated in this case on the basis of suspicion only. She has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 30.10.2017. Amargeet Mandal has confessed his guilt of killing son of informant and weapon used in killing was recovered. Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of
