Case No. 263 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code, Rule 11, 56 (1) of the Bihar Mineral (Concession Prevention of Illegal Mining Transportation and Storage) Rule 2019, Section 15 of the Environment Protection Act, 1986, Section 21 of the MMDR Act, 1957. Taking into consideration that offence under Section 379 recovery is required to be made, I am not inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the above
