The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 203 of 2016, registered under Section 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the prayer for bail of the petitioner was refused on 03.03.2017 vide Criminal Miscellaneous No. 2470 of 2017 and the petitioner is in custody since 26.11.2016. Further submission is that informant, who claims himself as eye-witness of the occurrence has claimed that this petitioner fired twice, which caused injury at his thigh, whereas in the injury report only one injury was fund on his thigh.
