Patna High Court CWJC No.17141 of 2015 dt.22-12-2016 2/2 Similar question was raised in CWJC No.7691 of 2016 (Anil Kumar Mukund Vs. Hon'ble Prime Minister of India & Ors.) which was dismissed on 20th September, 2016 and CWJC No.14443 of 2015 (Pratush Kumar Vs. The Union of India & Ors.) which was dismissed on 17th November, 2016. It has been held that the announcements made in a public function are not enforceable through the interventions of the Court.

In view thereof, we do not find any merit in the present writ application. The same is dismissed.
