Case No. 180 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 308, 354, 379, 448, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Taking into consideration the nature of injury reports and that there is no specific overt act alleged, I am inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the petitioners and in the event of arrest they shall be released on bail subject to the
