The petitioner seeks regular bail in Kudra P.S. Case No. 270/2018, instituted for the offences punishable under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.
It is alleged against this petitioner that he fired shot causing injury on the right cheek near the jaw of the informant. Case diary has been received. The doctor has found gun-shot injury on the right side of cheek of the injured. The District & Sessions Judge, Kaimur at Bhabua has mentioned in the impugned order that entry and exit wound of the fire-arm was present on the right side of the cheek of injured. The doctor has opined the injury caused by gun-shot which is grievous in
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.60932 of 2018(3) dt.27-11-2018 2/2 nature.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner abovenamed. The trial court is directed to expedite the trial.
