The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Nawanagar P.S. Case No. 196 of 2021 registered under Sections 341, 323, 354B, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to village politics. Further he submits that both the parties have compromise the present case. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below
