The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offences punishable under Section 47(A) of the Excise Act. As per allegation 15 Kg. "Mahua" has been recovered from the house of the petitioner. Petitioner claims his antecedent to be clean.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today in Rajauli P.S. Case No. 147 of 2016, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000 (Ten Thousand Rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief
