JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 01-07-2017 In the controversial circumstances and keeping in mind the stand of the State in the counter affidavit, which shows a gaping hole in the story about husband of the petitioner being posted in a particular school from where he had gone missing in the year 2002, because there are no records available to show that the husband of the petitioner was a teacher at all and that too ever posted in the school in question.

In the controversial circumstances, as such, this Court cannot pass any order for payment of any benefit. Let the petitioner file a suit and get appropriate declaration in this regard.
