2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Delha P.S. Case No. 47 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 324, 326, 307, 504, 506, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner along with others is said to have fired upon the victim. The victim suffered fire arm injury on his back which is alleged to have been fired by co-accused Raghu Kumar @ Raghu Ravidas.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. The petitioner is in custody since 22.02.2025. He further submits that co-accused persons namely Raghu Kumar @ Raghu

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43129 of 2025(2) dt.16-07-2025 2/2 Ravidas and Mohan Manjhi @ Mohan Kumar have been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 86083 of 2024 dated 14.02.2025 and vide Cr. Misc. No. 52736 of 2024 dated 02.08.2024 respectively.

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the fact that co-accused Raghu Kumar @ Raghu Ravidas and Mohan Kumar has fired upon the victim and not the petitioner, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-1st, Gaya/concerned Court below in connection with Delha P.S.
