In the background of non-payment of rangdari so demanded at an earlier occasion by one Sohan Jha for which, the informant had already informed the police, it has been alleged that while informant was in his shop name and style as Prakash Travel, three persons came over motorcycle out of them, two intruded inside the shop and made incriminate firing. Informant anyhow got him saved. The aforesaid accused even after coming out from the shop fired to terrorize the local inhabitants. It has also been disclosed that aforesaid activities has been carried by the associate of aforesaid Sohan Jha namely Babul Kumar @ Sudeep Kumar, Sachin Kumar and one Chhotu Kumar. Petitioner has been apprehended by the police and remanded in this case with alias name Chhotu. Moreover, prosecution happens to be completely silent with regard to identity of aforesaid two persons who came inside the shop and fired as is evident from the order impugned.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1270 of 2018 (2) dt.11-01-2018 Accordingly, Md. Sadhik Hussain @ Chhotu though has got criminal antecedent is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Saharsa P.S. Case No.137/2017.
