Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.59266 of 2018 (4) dt.19-11-2018 2/2 dated 09.10.2018 which was received by the office (kept at flag 'A'). From the report, it appears that eight witnesses out of eleven prosecution witnesses have been examined. The trial is at its fag end.

Considering the fact, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on bail at this stage. The trial court is directed to conclude the trial within six months and if same is not concluded, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail. (S. Kumar, J) Vinita/- U T
