The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Sheohar P.S. Case No. 191 of 2017 dated 24.10.2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 406, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.

The learned counsel for the parties have unanimously stated that the dispute between them has been

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61270 of 2018(3) dt.11-12-2018 2/2 resolved and the informant does not wish to prosecute the petitioner any further. Whatever amount was due to the informant has been paid to him pursuant to the aforesaid settlement.

Regard being had to the aforesaid facts, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today before the learned Court below, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar in connection with Sheohar P.S. Case No. 191 of 2017, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Ashutosh Kumar, J) Shageer/- U T
