2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No. 161 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2018.

3. As per the prosecution case, 89 liters of illicit liquor has been recovered from the petitioners.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are innocent and they are in custody since 21.05.2024.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Judge, Excise Court No. 1, Buxar in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No. 161 of 2024.

7. As a condition of this order, the petitioners, after being released on bail are directed to mark his attendance at Rajpur Police Station on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioners. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U T
