The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 10.06.2013 passed by the Sessions Judge, Samastipur in Cr. Rev. No. 71 of 2013 by which it has confirmed the order dated 17.12.2012 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Rosera in C.R. No. 299 of 2008 (Tr. No. 598 of 2012/1084 of 2013) by which it has rejected the Petition filed by the Petitioner under Section 311 Cr.P.C. for examination of two witnesses after charge. Having gone through the impugned order, I do not find any reason for interference and, hence, the Application is dismissed.
