The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been made accused in the present case because on earlier occasion, he has borrowed the motorcycle of the informant. It is admitted by the informant that the keys of the motorcycle have been returned to the informant by the petitioner. But subsequently, when the victim went to take his motorcycle, he found the same missing.
Considering the fact that the petitioner had already returned the keys of the motorcycle to the informant and there is vague

No.30116 of 2015 (3) dt.27-10-2015 P2/2 suspicion that he may have been responsible for its disappearance and there being no cogent material to connect this petitioner, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the each amount to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Chandramandih P.S. Case No. 76 of 2013 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
