Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 324, 307, 379 and other allied sections of Indian Penal Code.
As per complainant case, these petitioners committed maar-peet and took away Rs. 6300/- from the pocket of the complainant.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. It is next submitted that due to money dispute between
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42871 of 2022(2) dt.05-12-2022 2/2 the parties, a simple quarrel took place. Allegation of snatching cash is ornamental in nature. Petitioners have clean antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate- 6th, Motihari, East Champaran in Motihari P. S. Case No. 2107 of 2018, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
