The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has been made accused in the present case only because there was some previous enmity with the informant. There has been some hot talk with regard to the quality of milk supplied by the informant. Learned counsel for the informant submits that had the petitioner been part of the snatching incident, he would have been identified at the spot itself by the informant. However, the informant itself indicated that there were two unidentified persons who were following him and shot at him.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30155 of 2015 (3) dt.27-10-2015 P2/2 Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent , that let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest / surrender within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the each amount to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Motihari Town P.S. Case No. 296/2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
