2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Ramkrishna Nagar P.S. Case No. 630 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 324, 307 and 34 of the IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per prosecution case, on 12.11.2022, at about 6:00 pm, when the informant along with his friends was at Vishwakarma Tent House, the petitioner along with other co-accused persons came there. The petitioner and co-accused Vikas kumar started firing which hit Neelu Devi and Abhay Raj, due to which, they sustained fire arm injuries and Neelu Devi fell on the ground.

4. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner has submitted that injury was simple in nature and does not corroborate the

He further submits that the injured Neelu Devi has filed an application in the court below in which she herself has stated that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and the injuries on the persons of Neelu Devi are simple in nature caused by hard and blunt substance. The petitioner is under custody since 01.03.2024.

5. On the other hand, learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner, above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Ramkrishna Nagar P.S. Case No. 630 of 2022, subject to the following condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
