JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 08-09-2021 Heard the parties through virtual court proceedings. On perusal of the case diary and the case record, it appears that in the para 3 of this bail application it is stated that petitioner has two criminal antecedents whereas from perusal of para 53 of the case diary it appears that petitioner has three criminal antecedents as such he has suppressed this fact from this Court.

Without going into the merits of this case, this application is dismissed on suppression of fact.

However, petitioner is directed to renew his prayer for bail after six months.
