The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Neemachandpura P.S. Case No. 11 of 2016 registered under Sections 302/34/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that though the petitioner is named in the F.I.R., but no specific allegation has been attributed against him. Further submission is that there is no material in the case diary against the petitioner. He has been made accused in this case only on suspicion.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54319 of 2016 (5) dt.24-04-2017 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Begusarai in connection with Neemachandpura P.S. Case No. 11 of 2016 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
