2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 354B, 307, 379 and other ancillary sections of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioners assaulted informant's brother with sword as a result of which he sustained injuries on the head. Doctor has found two grievous injuries. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.
