ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 10-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering that the Petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased and claims to have been living separately, let the petitioner above named be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order in connection with Khajouli P.S. case No.58 of 2014 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.5,000/- (five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Atulbir Singh, J.M., 1st class, Madhubani, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as also

The bailor will undertake to furnish information to the Court about any change in address of the petitioner. (ii) That the petitioner will give an undertaking that she will receive the police papers on the given date and be present on date fixed for charge and if she fails to do so on two given dates and delays the trial in any manner, her bail will be liable to be cancelled for reasons of misuse, (iii) That the petitioner will be well represented on each date if she fails to do so on two consecutive dates, her bail will be liable to be cancelled.
