JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 01-09-2016 After some argument, Sri Gagan Deo Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of Sri Ram Chandra Singh, learned A.P.P. and Sri Bimal Kumar, learned counsel who has voluntarily appeared on behalf of the informant seeks permission to withdraw this petition so that petitioner may appear before the court below and makes a prayer for regular bail. The prayer is allowed.
The petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with observation that if within a period of six weeks from today the petitioner appears and makes a prayer for regular bail before the court below the learned court below without being prejudiced with this order may examine the same and pass appropriate order in accordance with law preferably on the same day.
