ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 18-10-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 23.07.2017 in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner and the informant are brother-in-laws and had been doing business of bore-well and some dispute arose between them with regard to the accounting and the informant roped in the petitioner by his name in the incidence of broad-day robbery. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there has been no recovery from the petitioner.

Considering the aforementioned facts and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48608 of 2017 (2) dt.18-10-2017 2/2 circumstances and that the close relationship between the petitioner and the informant and also since the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka, in connection with Bandhuwa Kurawa P.S. Case No. 19 of 2017.
