ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 12-01-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bahera P.S. Case No. 115 of 2016 for the offences registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 341, 323, 325, 324, 307, 354, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is case and counter case between the parties. It is further submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons, against whom there is similar allegation, have been granted anticipatory bail passed in Cr. Misc. No. 29913 of 2016 vide order dated 30.08.2016.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48074 of 2016 (3) dt.12-01-2017 case and that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Benipur, District Darbhanga, in connection with Bahera P.S. Case No. 115 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Anjana Mishra, J) Jagdish/- U T
