2. The present petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 17.09.2014 passed in MJC No. 443 of 2013, correcting the name of father of the petitioner.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that due to sheer inadvertence, the name of the petitioner's father was mentioned as "Late Ram Chandra Sharma" in place of correct name "Shree Mathura Sharma" in the petition which was carried in the order of this Court dated 17.09.2014 passed in MJC No. 443 of 2013.

4. On perusal of the order dated 27.04.2012 passed in CWJC No. 8151 of 2012 it appears that the name of petitioner's

Patna High Court MJC No.3907 of 2014 (2) dt.25-07-2017 2/2 father was correctly mentioned in the writ petition.

5. Having regard to the above, let the order dated 17.09.2014 passed in MJC No. 443 of 2013 be treated as modified only to the extent that the name of the petitioner's father be read as "Shree Mathura Sharma" in place of "Late Ram Chandra Sharma" in the array of the parties.
