ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 16-11-2017 No one appears for the petitioner. Yesterday also, no one had appeared on behalf of the petitioner. However, learned counsel for the informant and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State are present.

The petitioner is in custody since 03.06.2016 in connection with Khagaria (Muffasil) P.S. Case No.369 of 2017, G.R. No.1557 of 2017, registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307 and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It appears from the F.I.R. that there is direct allegation against the petitioner. The allegation stands testified by the post-mortem report as well.

In view of the fact that there being direct allegation against the petitioner and also because the petitioner is having
