Case No. 226 of 2013, whereunder the S.D.M., Patna City initiated the proceeding under Section 144 Cr.P.C. on the basis of report of Officer-in-Charge, Agamkuan, Patna in which the petitioners were the members of the second
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27900 of 2013 (3) dt.08-03-2016 2/2 party in respect of land in dispute.
On going through the impugned order, I do not find any illegality amounting to abuse of process of Court for interference in jurisdiction under Section Cr.P.C.
