The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bakhari P.S. Case No. 72 of 2018, registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate-V, Begusarai. The accusation against the petitioners and three others named in the F.I.R. is that they caused injury to the son of the informant Mohan Kumar and Maya Devi, mother-in-law of the informant later on, Maya Devi succumbed to injuries. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of allegation against the petitioners, I am

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66131 of 2018(4) dt.21-05-2019 2/2 not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, their prayer for grant of anticipatory bail stands rejected. The petitioners are directed to surrender before the trial Court within four weeks and pray for regular bail, which would be considered by the trial Court in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
