JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 27-07-2022 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "(i) To issue direction upon Respondents to shift the proposed Boring wrok of Jal-Nal Yojna to any other suitable place from Shah Jubvai Middle School, Ghorghat, Bariyarpur, Munger under East Karhariya Panchayat as the same would affect other four nearest Government and private Boring which area the ultimate source of water for the people around the proposed Boring in the school."
