The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable u/s 498(A), 323 of the IPC. 3.
The matter was sent to the Mediation Centre vide order dated 05.09.2024 and in compliance thereof, the mediation report is kept at flag 'B'.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/Successor Court in connection with Complaint Case No.1025 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
