Petitioner seeks bail, who is in custody since 04.01.2022 in connection with S.T. No.101 of 2022, arising out of Kotwali P.S. Case No. 2 of 2022, F.I.R. dated 01.01.2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application and to file a fresh application before the learned court below as the impugned order has already been assailed in Cr. Misc. No. 59405 of 2022.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, this application stands dismissed as withdrawn.
