By order, dated 20.12.2016, while cancelling the provisional bail granted to the petitioner, the Superintendent of Police, Bhojpur, at Ara, was directed to take all possible steps to arrest the petitioner. It has rightly been pointed out by the Superintendent of Police, Bhojpur, at Ara, in his letter, that since the case relates to Sonepur Police Station, under the district of Saran, the Superintendent of Police, Bhojpur, at Ara, was not in a position to comply with the said order. The order, dated 20.12.2016, is modified to the extent that in place of "Superintendent of Police, Bhojpur at Ara", "Superintendent of Police, Saran, at Chapra" shall be read in the said order.

The Superintendent of Police, Saran, at Chapra, is directed to take all possible measures to arrest the petitioner and submit final form without any further loss of time.

Let a copy of this order and the order, dated 20.12.2016, be communicated to the Superintendent of Police, Saran, at Chapra, forthwith, for strict compliance of the orders of this Court.
