Patna High Court CWJC No.10578 of 2024(2) dt.16-07-2024 2/2 16-07-2024 Having heard learned counsel for the petitioners, in my view, the remedy against the impugned order first lies before the District Teachers Appellate Authority and not before this Court.

Accordingly, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to approach before the District Teachers Appellate Authority, Madhubani against the order dated 11.03.2024 vide Memo No.1124 passed by the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Madhubani and the District Teachers Appellate Authority, Madhubani is directed to dispose of the same by a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law as early as possible.
