The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Khagaul P.S. Case No. 124 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 346, 323, 377 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 4, 6 and 16 of POCSO Act, 2012.

Informant has alleged that petitioner (bus driver of a school bus) sexually assaulted his son and thereafter assaulted him by feast and slaps and threatened him to kill. Considering the allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
