JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 13-04-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Gogri P.S. Case No. 95 of 2021 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53067 of 2021(2) dt.13-04-2022 2/2 submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that petitioners were, in fact, appointed as contract teacher after due verification of his certificates, but during course of inquiry, the certificates of the petitioners were found to be forged and fabricated for which first information report has been instituted. Consequently, the petitioners were removed from their service. Further he submits that co-accused Peskar Ali @ Md. Peshkar Ali, having more or less similar allegation has already been granted bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 1367 of 2017. Hence, petitioners also deserve anticipatory bail.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Gogri P.S.
