====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-12-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 323, 427 and other sections of Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution case, 30 FIR named accused persons including this petitioner and 60-70 unknown persons attacked the police party as a result, 5 persons sustained injuries including some ladies.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Allegation against this petitioner is general and omnibus. Petitioner has been made accused in this case only because he was identified in the video footage of the incident. Injury allegedly caused by this and petitioner along with other

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XIII, Bhagalpur in Bath P.
