This application has been filed against the order

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32897 of 2013 (3) dt.10-03-2016 2/2 dated 17.07.2013 passed by the S.D.M. Dumraon initiating the proceeding under Section 144 of Cr.P.C. in Case No. 860M of 2013 in which the petitioners were the member of the second party O.P. No. 2 was the member of the first party. On going through the impugned order, I do not find any illegality amounting to abuse of process of Court for interference in extraordinary jurisdiction under Section 482 Cr.P.C. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
