ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 21-07-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner is not present. It is submitted by learned counsel for the State that the order under contempt has already been complied with which is evident from Annexure-'C' which is order dated 27.06.2017 whereby the authorities have held that the claim of the petitioner for compassionate appointment is not tenable. In view of the fact that the representation has now been disposed of, the claims of the petitioner have already been dealt with and disposed of by a reasoned order, no purpose will suffice to proceed further in the contempt matter. However, if so advised, he may approach for having his grievance redressed before the appropriate forum.
