The petitioner is in custody in connection with Dulhin Bazar P.S. Case No. 127 of 2017, a case under Section 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

According to F.I.R., four persons assaulted to the son of the informant as a result whereof, he died during the course of treatment.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the post mortem report would reveal that doctor has not found external injury. The FIR has been lodged after delay of one month. The petitioner is in custody since 08.09.2017. Considering the general and omnibus allegation, let the

No.1853 of 2018 (3) dt.21-02-2018 2/2 petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Dulhin Bazar Police Station Case No. 127 of 2017 with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
