2. This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents for payment of arrears of salary since January 1996 to 2007 and group insurance with interest.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in this connection he has filed a detailed representation on 11.12.2020 before the Vice Chancellor, B.N. Mandal University, Madhepura but till date no action has been taken.

4. In view of the prayer made by the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before Respondent No. 2 within four weeks from today with supportive documents.

5. If such, representation is filed by the petitioner within the stipulated time period, the Respondent No. 2 shall
