This application has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. against the order dated 16.03.2013 passed in Criminal Revision No. 206 of 2006 by the Adhoc Addl. Sessions Judge-V, Begusarai, whereunder the Adhoc Additional Sessions Judge-V, Begusarai dismissed the aforesaid revision of the petitioner affirming the order dated 09.12.2002 passed in Case No. 178(M) of 1996 by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Manjhaul, Begusarai to remove the encroachment over the road situated in Plot No. 1253, Khata No. 381 of village Kumbhi.
On going through the impugned order, I do not find any
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35656 of 2013 (3) dt.10-03-2016 2/2 illegality amounting to abuse of process of Court for interference in jurisdiction under Section 482 Cr.P.C. Accordingly, this application is hereby dismissed.
