The petitioner seeks bail in Marhowrah P.S. Case No. 130 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable punishable under Section 30, 38, 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

561 litres of foreign liquor has been recovered from a truck.

It is submitted that no recovery has been made from conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is neither driver nor owner of vehicle in question and he has been remanded in this case from Marhowrah PS Case No. 169 of 2021. Petitioner has got criminal antecedents of similar nature and he is in custody since 17.08.2021. Investigation is complete.

Case No. 130 of 2019, once the charge is framed in the case.
