The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Parihar P.S. Case No.52 of 2021 registered under Sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and she has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this court vide order dated 26.11.2021 passed in Cr.Misc.No.53862 of 2021.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a
