2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bheldi P.S. Case No. 343 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, hired criminals killed the deceased due to enmity.

4. During investigation it has come that the petitioner and other accused persons, after doing recce have killed the deceased.

5. The petitioner and other accused persons have given their self inculpatory confessional statement.

6. One Rahul Pandey, who has supplied the murder weapon and had done the recce had moved this Court for grant of bail and his application for grant of bail has already been rejected by this Court vide order dated 26.06.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 43980 of 2024.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
