The petitioner has questioned the legal sustainability of the impugned order by which the learned District Judge, Siwan has turned down the prayer of the petitioner for transfer the T.S. No. 286 of 1994 from the court of Sub Judge VIII, Siwan to any other court. From the perusal of the impugned order, it transpires that the learned court below after considering the facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CWJC No.16933 of 2013 dt.14-02-2017 of the case has come to the finding that the prayer for transfer of the suit has been made on the basis of unfounded apprehension. This Court does not find that any illegality has been committed by the learned court below in passing the impugned order. The application, sans merit, is dismissed, as such. (V. Nath, J) Devendra/- U
