Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Doriganj P.S. Case No. 145 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 366A of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case merely on suspicion. As a matter of fact, the victim had love affair with someone and she might have left her parental house with some with which this petitioner has no concern. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 23.02.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40178 of 2019(4) dt.13-09-2019 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, VII, Chapra in connection with Doriganj P.S. Case No. 145 of 2018.
